Hands down the worst delivery service there is. They've been sitting on my delivery for over a week with no updates other then 'delayed to next business day' until last night at 11pm when it changed to no estimated delivery time available(this was after 3 customer service reps said it would be updated at 10am). The useless customer service reps cannot tell me where my package is or when I will get it. They won't even say I will get it in 2018. I could have sewed my own winter coat by this time. Do yourself a favour and use literally anyone else... Even a 6 yr old on a bicycle would be better then these clowns

Had something scheduled for same day delivery. The parcel was being delivered to my workplace which operates from 8am to 9pm. The parcel was apparently shown delivered at 3:25pm. It was not actually delivered. I cannot contact anyone to figure out if I can even pick it up. No slip was left. Nothing. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

There are no hours of operation listed for their customer service line either. There isn't a single human being I can speak to regarding my package.

I stayed home all day waiting for my delivery, no one showed up. I was on hold for more than one hour only to be told that I was not home to receive my package. LIES LIES LIES. If I could i WOULD rate this company with 0 stars. This company sucks and I honestly hope I never have to deal with them .

If I could rate this company 0 stars, I would! I make a plan to stay home all day to wait for my delivery, only to get a phone call about my package being at a certain location. Unfortunately I don’t have a buzzer but I’ve been delivering from Canada Post and Amazon for years and they usually come to my door or call me upon arrival. I explained myself to the receptionist that I was home and they can call me when they got here. She replied with, “we don’t supply cellphones for our drivers so they cannot call clients.” Well I’m sorry if that sounds like a heaping load of bull because everyone in the universe has a cell phone these days! Not to mention it would take the same amount of time to call as buzzing to get inside. This was once in a lifetime thing, I was home, they could of called and I would of came outside. Nope, instead I have to go pick up my delivery. What’s the point of getting delivery if you have to pick it up yourself?! This company sucks and I honestly hope I never have to deal with them again. Now reading the reviews I completely understand the lack of professionalism.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - if you want to actually receive your delivery, that is. Absolutely THE WORST company I've ever dealt with. Going on 7 days for a one-day delivery and I'm not set to have my package anytime in the near future. They left my package in a city I don't even live in, and then rather than re-routing it to a depot three blocks away, they just continue to drive it around the city of Toronto (for fun, I guess). There are 13 entries in on my tracking page for a one day delivery. Meanwhile, there seems to be a plethora of logical solutions that not one of the many reps I've spoken to can seem to execute. I've never been more disappointed and infuriated with a company in all of my existence. STEER CLEAR.

Éprouve présentement de très grand difficulté a recevoir 2 petit clé USB... Tant de temps perdu pour ces deux petits objets **!/&?&*$ Purolator

Difficulty to receive my package. They have it, but they do not want to give me because my adresse is not the same on my cards...(father/mother separated) But I have a lot of proof that I reside there too... Really Bad experience with those people...
