Emile and his team are very honest and what I love most about this place is that they donate a portion of your bill to a charity. They are constantly giving back to the community because they care.

BEWARE BEWARE! Priciest oil change I’ve ever had... even more than the dealership. The “#2 premier option I chose and was OK with the $59.99 middle of the road option oil change. (meaning not the top of the line and it was still $59.99) I didn’t complain. Additional $26.00 for the repair of a slow air leak in my tire. So then the phone call that you always get that comes with the car inspection... “you’ll need $1076 Of additional work done to your car... yes that’s right one thousand seventy six dollars!! I said no thanks. He said you really need this air filter-I said how much and he said $19.83... I said ok... go ahead... When I came to pick up my car the man at the counter, Gene was holding another filter and a car part... he said to me you really need this filter... I saw the metal part and realized it was a real car part. I said “Is that from my car?” Gene said No, and THEN I got angry. I got angry because it was then OBVIOUS this was all upselling and gimmicks... why else would you keep spare metal parts for show from other cars... with a mad look I realized I went in for the $24.95 oil change coupon I had, agreed to the &59.99 and walked out $118.86 later GOOD LUCK - BE CAREFUL- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Not happy at all..after being a client for thousands of $$$ on 3 different vehicles I tried to drop an auto off for an oil change and service I was very rudely told by a very unpleasant front desk lady that if I didn't have an appointment I needed to tale my car and leave. I asked if I could leave the vehicle to be serviced when they had a chance and was told, again rudely, no as there is no place to park the car. Upon leaving I did notice there were 10 or so open parking spots behind the building. I guess it's nice to be so busy that you can act the way she does throwing business away...so unprofessional when there so many places to get service with a smile...a great Chevy spot at Santa Barbara and pine island... cheaper too!!!!
NEVER AGAIN!!!

The first 2 times we used this mechanic the customer service was great! Even though the prices were a bit high, I have no problem paying a little more for good service (since that is really hard to find these days). The third time I took my vehicle here, we received less than expected service and pricing. The vehicle did not want to start and it was suspected there was a fuel pressure problem (this is what I was told by their mechanic who checked on my vehicle when it was not starting). Once the vehicle was towed to their shop, I was told the vehicle started with no issues and all diagnostics came back fine. They wanted to keep the car over night to see if they could duplicate the problem the next day. Again, they were not able to find any issues. At that time, and after speaking to a few other mechanically inclined people, we asked that they quote me to change the fuel filter. We were then told that they do not want to start replacing things just because. Again, I asked them to give us a quote. I am willing to start on the possible problem with the least cost and go from there; fuel issue-start with replacing the filter. Upon receiving the call back, the quote to change a fuel filter was $170+. I decided to contact a local auto parts store and the the filter costs $12.99. I know that businesses will increase the part cost, but when I asked how much it was for the labor I was told $118 an hour! At this time, I decided to not have them replace the fuel filter.
If you like to be price gouged, then this place is perfect! If you want a fair price for your repairs, I suggest finding another shop!
I have since had my fuel filter replaced. Cost of part: $12.99 Time to change and test drive the vehicle: 20 minutes. Guess what, car is running much better! I do not know if this solved my intermittent problem, but at least I can notice a significant improvement in how the car is operating.
So either this company was going to charge me way more than the time it took to replace the fuel filter (20 minutes=$40) or they upped the charge on the fuel filter to $140...either way, that is not fair or good business practice. I can fully support great service, but I cannot support a company that will over charge for their services!
